I appreciate being able to buy direct from happyandpolly and not have to buy through Amazon. I had an issue where too much water was coming out of the fountain and pouring over the edge, customer service was quick to respond via email and helped me slow the flow from the fountain, resolving the problem. My only additional advice would be including more instructions (pamphlet) with the product. Otherwise, an excellent experience.

Final product was so cute and customer service was great. Overall product base is very flimsy but i superglued mine together and haven’t had a issue since. Will definitely order again!

My daughter who loves her cat like he is her child absolutely loved her pop socket with her cat’s face. Everything from uploading the picture to the quality and design of the product was a smooth process and it turned out so nice. I am very happy with my purchase and would recommend this product and company to anyone considering using them.

No instructions for how to put my product (bobble head) together. Wish it was already put together. The head seems too small for the body.
