Hello, Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on your recent purchase of our product. We apologize for any inconvenience you experienced with the adhesion of our mobile phone holder. To ensure optimal performance and a secure attachment, we recommend sticking our Custom Pet Portrait Phone Holder to flat phone cases. This will allow the bracket to be glued more firmly. To better understand the issue you encountered with the textured phone cases or the folding piece, we kindly request that you provide us with photos or videos showcasing the problem to [email protected]. This will greatly assist us in analyzing the situation and finding a suitable solution for you. And, we'll get back to you within 48 hours.
