Overall I’m happy
I unintentionally bought 2 cat trees. Which was good in a way because one of the sides of the stairs snapped in half immediately upon putting it together. So now I have one complete one with lots of extra parts. The directions were a bit vague. Now that it’s built my 2 cats love it.

Item came broken
Item came broken. It was replaced easily and quickly. Unfortunately item is not working like it should. Only 1 fountain is functioning out of 3.

Very cute fountain
Very happy, the fountain is adorable, shipping was fast and it was well packaged. The fountain has been going for a while with no issues. I’m still trying to get my cat to use it but that’s not an issue with the fountain itself, it’s just taking time to get him used to it.

Uh you wouldn't let me exchange a cat water fountain that my cats never even used.

Adorable, our cat loves it!
The fruit cat tree is so freaking cute!! It arrived nicely packaged and was really easy to put together. I was pleased with the quality of the materials. The fruit pedestals are super soft and nice. I was a little nervous because my cat didn’t immediately warm up to it. She liked the scratching posts and could easily get up to the strawberry, but she’s not a confident jumper so the last step up to the orange was a little steep for her. After about 3 weeks, she finally got up there and now I find her in there daily. So happy with our purchase!!

Frustrating customer service experience
Spent 2 weeks waiting to be shipped and when i reached out to customer service they kept telling me someone would be in contact (jacinda?) i eventually got so frustrated by the lack of communication that i just cancelled my order-it was like 3-4 weeks of being told over and over that someone would get back to me and i wasn’t even asking it to be shipped or anything i literally just wanted to know why it was sitting in the same place for so long and not even USPS could tell me what was going on- total bummer cause i was really excited to buy from them but i don’t think i will again just cause of customer service experience.. :(
