Quality of the picture was great but…
Quality of the picture was great but the picture part kept falling off the attachment that is stuck to the phone and I constantly have to reattach it.

Took three months to receive whale…
Took three months to receive whale litterbox. No longer need. Bad customer service that did not reply to me regarding making a return of litterbox.

very cute but not well made
very cute picture, loved how you included the little tufts of hair on the top of my kitty’s ears, but unfortunately it broke off very soon after purchasing it :(

Very cute but fairly low quality
I absolutely love my cat tree, it is so cute! But it started falling apart within 3 weeks of use. I have had much cheaper trees last well over a year or two without tearing, but the carpet material on the poles started coming off after just a few scratches.
