We acquired the brand itself, but not the previous operating company. Because of this, we do not have access to prior order history, customer records, gift cards, or warranty information, and we’re unable to assist with purchases made before that date. We do honor lifetime warranty on the new orders that are placed with us after November 14 2025 and forward. Thank you for your review.
