I have had no problem with their service. I do notice that they are veering towards geriatric gear and expensive things for people's grandkids. What really bothered me though was to see that they are selling the Donald Trump gold coin. That is just plain gross and tacky. They try to come across as all high class with everything being "the best...." , but this totally undoes that. I'm all done with them.

Shipped wrong item which I returned and am still waiting over a month later for a refund for their mistake.

I, too, purchased a costly pre-lit Christmas tree a few years ago from Hammacher Schlemmer and found burned out LED light bulbs in the first year of ownership. The tree came with replacement light bulbs but they are far dimmer than those that were pre-installed; they must be of lower voltage. And these dimmer bulbs were lost to me in a wildfire last fall. I contacted customer service last Christmas an requested another bag of replacement LED multi-color bulbs; they never arrived. This December (2022) I contacted them again and found that H-S doesn't provide replacement lights for the tree I purchased. I went to the tree manufacturer's website and found that they do not stock or sell the multicolor LED light bulbs for their artificial trees. Finally I ordered replacement lamps two times from Amazon and discovered that both kinds of (same fit and exact same style) LED lights just won't light on my HS tree! I would caution a potential buyer for HS Christmas trees to be careful about the LED replacement light problems!

Purchased a record player unit for $358. Had issues with it. Called Hammacher Schlemmer and without hesitation I was told the process required to send the 16 lb. unit back to them. After HOURS OF MY OWN TIME RESEARCHING, I found the solution to fix the unit. I would expect either a partial or full refund for my wasted time in having to figure this out myself. Sandra Turley

Bird Feeder Oasis The idea of bird feeder, bath, and fountain is exciting and fun. However this product is poorly engineered Seed tray shallow and not easy to fill Water evaporates from fountain quickly Batteries 4 D run out quickly I will use this and enjoy, however for will fill water and run fountain only on occasion I do have goldfinches eating regularly from Audubon Song Mix in feeder Have yet to see a bird drink or bathe

Shipping was fast. but too bad the table I ordered was awful. Full assembly required, the pre-drilled holes were in the wrong places, or not even there. One of the pre-installed dowels was driven in so far as to make a hump in the table top. Now that it's finally all glued and assembled it's going to be a real pain to return. Maybe it'll find a spot out in the garage...

I recently purchased two items, via telephone, from your catalog. One item was to be sent to my address and the other to an out-of- state address. Both items were sent to my address—-major inconvenience to me. I promptly called customer service to let them know what happened. The service rep was cordial, apologized, and asked what could be done to rectify the situation. I told him I would handle it myself as I was under time constraints. That was the end of the conversation. Service rep didn’t ask my name or seem terribly interested in my situation. This was my first experience with Hammacher Schlemmer and will probably be my last. Too bad as there were some nice things in the catalog that would have made good holiday gifts.

Shoes looked good, but I had to exchange them for a one half size larger. Catalog noted that sizes ran small and I ordered a size larger than I normally wear, but they cramped my toes. Hopefully the exchange pair fit better!! I did not previously know their products came from China. That would explain why they were small. I don't like items from China!! Many are not safe or reliable. I could catch Covid-19! Lois P.
