I've never had a problem with hemmerker and Schlemmer. Years ago I bought ivision sunglasses that were equivalent to a 64 inch widescreen. TV 20 feet away. Military technology. Released to the public They had a great satisfactory policy. Every time the company would come out with a new improved product. I would send in my old and they'd give me the new updated Vision wear, of course, there' vision wear company, took the loss. It was great and they had no problem with exchanging for the better new improve. The only problem I have had with them is they're incredible luxury spa. Egyptian cotton quality bathrobes, they state size one down. On the size because they're made bigger. This is not true. It should be size one bigger. A2X is A1XL and the 3XL which I had purchased, is A2X. L. Size, they have it reversed. my size is between A2X and A3X the 3XI had purchased, doesn't have a lot of wraparound. You want your bathrobe to not have an inch or 2 fold over. Because the belt loosens and reveals all Because there's not enough overlap because the sizes are not true And God forbid, you put it in the dryer, you 3XL is now one and a 1 XL. Unfortunately, they do not carry 4 and 5XL So I guess I have to lose weight. I don't know who came up with this size one down. Whoever it might have been a marketing ploy.To make you think you're getting more than you are For a tall, skinny woman, I don't think they'd have a problem.But if you're a overweight man or woman, you must size one up

Just purchased a grill light for my gas grill and tried it this evening! It was amazing. No more worries about not having enough light to finish out door grilling and I love the self shut off figure. See the pic.

I ordered a bathrobe for my husband and love the quality! After 3 years of searching finally found a lovely, thick bathrobe. I'd like to see color choice to include dark colors and pink. I haven't had any problems with customer service.

This is in regard to a Beurer blood pressure machine for home use. it was delivered from Hammacher Schlemmer earlier than promised and it is by far the best machine I've ever had. I've had to monitor my blood pressure for 50 years and this one has a large, clear screen with big numbers. It does more than just BP. It lets you know where your BP ranks on a scale , normal to high, and also if you have an irregular heartbeat, which I have from time to time. I purchased the Beurer BM69 model and had a question. The customer service was tops at that company. I received an extremely fast response and the customer service rep could not have been nicer in her email. I very highly recommend this company and this particular machine. I've had a lot of experience with this type thing, and believe me, this one is the best yet!

Really fast and friendly customer service, answered all my (many questions) having received the product today (5ft Skeleton Marching Band) i am so absolutely thrilled with both the product quality and the protective packaging. Very happy customer, thank you! UPDATE: survived 6 weeks in the pouring british rain, excellent product and totally weatherproof! Update 2: has now survived nearly 3 months outside in stormy British weather.

This company is run efficiently with a little confusion behind the scenes. As long as you are persistent with your issue and are honest in what happened with your return, they will do the right thing. I am very happy with the final resolution of my problem.

I am impressed with your Customer Service. I ordered one product from your company for my wife in Novermber 2022 for Christmas. She absolutely loves it and uses it all the time. I didn't intentionally enroll in your $14.95 per month rewards program and I did not catch this until 9 months later (just today 8/7/23). Your Rewards Customer Service rep just got my account cancelled...and also got a refund of all my monthly payments to be refunded to me. I am speechless with this level of service, and I will definitely be ordering more products in the future from your company. Thank you!

Purchased a light up, Christmas tree. The top part did not work correctly. Got quick response and resolution. Very happy. Don't hesitate to purchase from them.
