The box was busted when I got the item but the item. a back massager was fine. In fact it was better than fine, it was great. It felt so good, very close to human hands. I found myself drifting off to sleep after ten minutes. What a wonderful product.

some months ago I bought a foldaway footrest. When I first set it up as the picture showed with the two "legs" in the groves, at the slightest touch it would collapse .This could pose a danger to children and pets. However when I put the long bar in the grove it held very well ,so I am using it .

After some trouble getting an order to process (which left me unsure for a bit whether I was going to end up with 3 of what I ordered), the rest of the experience was pretty painless. I ordered my wife a 45" tall jewelry armoire, which I was nervous about since the entire front was a mirror. After shipping more quickly than the original ETA, it arrived in flawless condition as it was very well packed. I got a price I was happy with due to a sale, and my wife got the armoire she's been dropping hints about for a year. Everyone's happy!
