Won't honor their gift cards. What a scam. I like it when the customer support says "we recognize the value of the gift card you hold". Obviously not, otherwise we wouldn't be having this conversation.

The box was busted when I got the item but the item. a back massager was fine. In fact it was better than fine, it was great. It felt so good, very close to human hands. I found myself drifting off to sleep after ten minutes. What a wonderful product.

BUYER BEWARE! Hammacher Schlemmer a quality company with sometimes unique products. However, the quality part is no longer the case. I bought a lamp a few years ago with a lifetime warranty. The company now says they bought out the original company in November of 2025 but, while they enjoy using the name they won't honor the warranty for my lamp which, now needs a replacement. Whatever I replace it with definitely won't be from this company.

I HAVE A GIFT CERTIFICATE FOR A DEFECTIVE PRODUCET REFUND-- THEY REFUSE TO HONOR IT. In our state, gift certificates cannot expire. Hammacher said they didn't buy previous owners debts when they bought the company so, no they won't honor it. Do not buy from them

Bought a product with a lifetime warranty and now they won’t honor it. Slimy company - Don’t recommend at all

The worst. They were bought out. Not the same company that was around for decades and reliable. Their name was bought and they sell cheap, Chinese junk for premium prices. No customer service phone number. Took two weeks for a delivery of a pillow and when it came it was in the manufactures display box.

I've never had a problem with hemmerker and Schlemmer. Years ago I bought ivision sunglasses that were equivalent to a 64 inch widescreen. TV 20 feet away. Military technology. Released to the public They had a great satisfactory policy. Every time the company would come out with a new improved product. I would send in my old and they'd give me the new updated Vision wear, of course, there' vision wear company, took the loss. It was great and they had no problem with exchanging for the better new improve. The only problem I have had with them is they're incredible luxury spa. Egyptian cotton quality bathrobes, they state size one down. On the size because they're made bigger. This is not true. It should be size one bigger. A2X is A1XL and the 3XL which I had purchased, is A2X. L. Size, they have it reversed. my size is between A2X and A3X the 3XI had purchased, doesn't have a lot of wraparound. You want your bathrobe to not have an inch or 2 fold over. Because the belt loosens and reveals all Because there's not enough overlap because the sizes are not true And God forbid, you put it in the dryer, you 3XL is now one and a 1 XL. Unfortunately, they do not carry 4 and 5XL So I guess I have to lose weight. I don't know who came up with this size one down. Whoever it might have been a marketing ploy.To make you think you're getting more than you are For a tall, skinny woman, I don't think they'd have a problem.But if you're a overweight man or woman, you must size one up
