Good communication and very knowledgeable and helpful!

We have 3 dogs with halo collars and have been using them for 2 years. Works amazing for traveling from montana to arizona each year and neither property needs a fence. Our dogs are so happy to be free to roam. It even told us when our dogs were near lakes and rivers. Worked camping too. Dog park help was great and very responsive.

Spoke with Kadaija B. since a recent replacement collar I received had a different charging port that I couldn find a cable for. Kadaija recognized the issue and promptly ordered the appropriate accessories. Problem solved.

Halo has not forgotten what customer service is all about. Anytime I call with a question or concern, I feel as if I am the most important customer they have. I spoke with Ricky W. today who was able to resolve an issue I have with my collar within a few minutes. Thank you!

The collar is fantastic and helped me train my dog in just a few days to stay within our yard and our secondary property. Not only that we are able to keep him out of our downstairs formal living room so he doesn’t pee on the carpet while we work on housebreaking. Truly love the products and the customer service has been great as well! Love the dog park feature where I can see my CSR!

Overall like the collar a lot. Would like to be able to turn the shock up higher when needed.

I’m still new to Halo collar but so far I’ve had a very positive experience. I was having some issues with my beacon that comes with the collar and Anisa helped me to get the issue resolved and get a new beacon out to me and even sent me an additional beacon. The customer support aspect of having the collar is very nice and very helpful. I’m definitely happy so far.
