Halo CollarReviews of halocollar.com

We have Halo collars for both of our puppies. They work great, they can roam our 3 acre property with no issues and will not go past set boundaries. We use the collars at family members houses also. Collars work fantastic. We just recently had a battery go bad on one collar, in less than 24 hours I received a notification from Halo directing me to confirm for warranty replacement. Great customer service and great product!!

Was great that you contacted me to the gps chip problem and started its replacement with just a phone call Thank you

Excellent support and quality!

Rarely does a product or company live up to reviews, but Halo Collars does. I have been using the collar on my lab pup for over a year and am ecstatic how easy training was, and how well it works. Because we travel a lot, we depend on the Halo Collar to provide safety when we are in new situations, which it does exceedingly well. As well as the product works, the company works just as hard to provide exemplary service. My collar was having a problem and Tiffany, a representative in the support "Dog Park", answered all questions patiently, kindly, and with a dept of knowledge. I can't say enough about much I appreciate a company that goes out of its way to stand behind its product. The Halo has made our puppy parent lives easier and our dog safer. Thank you!

This collar is easy to use and when there is an issue the people on the other end in the dog park are very helpful. Darrell R. Was great!

Terrific service from Ricky. Attentive and helpful. Gave me immediate responses and follow up repeatedly. Outstanding service.

The Halo collar has been amazing for us and our two new puppies. It has given them the freedom they desire and the protection we demand. It was simple to set up and training was easier than I thought it would be. By far the best customer service I have received with any product!

I had a question about the gps on the halo collar and it was answered easily and quickly!
