Despite having issues with the collars, the customer service is excellent. They make it easy to contact customer service and know you’re getting a live, caring person with dog park. Every encounter feels like I am talking to someone who truly cares for our pups and is committed to making sure they are happy and safe. My most recent call was with Darrell and he was exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable. We truly appreciate the core values of this company!

i think i have written this review no short of 5x because every interaction i have with halo and the dog park is top notch. the latest interaction i had with sabrina was most helpful. to be able to put a face to the name on the other end of the line through zoom in the dog park is superior to none. they always resolve my problem. any issues with my collar, they fix. if you are thinking about getting this collar, do it!! i did my research and so very glad i chose HALO!

A big thank you to Damien for sorting out our difficulties in returning an extra Halo dog collar (I accidentally ordered two). I had previously spent about 5 hours on the phone with customer support to NO avail. Damien was able to help us out quickly and efficiently. He was patient, polite, and very knowledgeable. It was a pleasure to work with him. We have yet to actually use the collar so this review pertains to returning the extra one. I’m looking forward to getting the other one on the dog and working. Thanks again to Damien.

I called in to ask for support on a billing question. My credit card company was denying the card because the address did not match. Kadaija was very helpful one I was connected. The phone line did not work great, and I sat on hold for over an hour. However I used the zoom link and had much better response. It was under 10 minutes. Today is Saturday so I assume the wait was because of the weekend. I would suggest using the zoom meeting option instead of the phone call. If Halo had a system that could call you back when it was your turn, that would be amazing.

Sabrina was very kind and helpful when I called in . Great service rep! Very caring and patient with me as I navigated through the app.

Jacqueline stepped me through the trouble shooting and then the warranty claim. I was very concerned about using a video chat but it went great.
