halo collar took a few days to learn but my dog respects the boundary now and stays in the yard

They go above and beyond. The color is amazing. I can use it anywhere I go. I can travel and not worry about my dog, leaving the house. I don’t have to worry about them leaving my backyard. When there was a critical flaw in a Collar with an expired warranty, they called me to let me know about the critical flaw and also gave me a new color regardless of the warranty. This is an amazing company and they really care about our pets and the people that they work with.

Halo collar has changed our world!!!! We have 10 acres but live on a main road. Dudley, our 3 yr old yellow lab, has a very curious nose and has been found across the highway and walking the edge too many times. He had a training collar with remote features that worked great if you were watching, but did nothing once out of range. Halo 5 corrected Dudley immediatly! He is a new dog and our sanity is back. Super easy to use, love the app and quick responses when asking questions. Wish we would have found it sooner!! Thank you!!

I was a skeptic at first! I was looking into actual structural fencing to keep all 4 of my dogs in! I then came across this option! It was half the cost and I can take it anywhere! Even if I move. But more so I have that one dog that is the escape artist and likes to run!! Have NEVER been able to let it off the leash and if she happens to get out the door well you can count your blessings because she won’t be back till morning! ( hound nose ) lol ! Well we got the collars and with in 2 days this dog doesn’t use a leash and loves life! She nose where she can and can’t go and it has literally changed our whole lives! Anyone that has a runner dog would understand that stress! THANK YOU HALO!

Thrilled to know I won’t have to pay for a replacement. As we take great care of our halo collar and want to be able to use for years. Customer service was quick with fixing the problem.

If I could give Halo Dog Collar customer service **10 paws**, I absolutely would. Jessica deserves **5 paws all by herself**. She was patient, knowledgeable, and somehow managed to keep both me *and* my four-legged escape artist on track. The live video tech support was incredible—it felt like having a dog-training genius right in my living room. The warranty process? Fast, painless, and actually honored without a bunch of hoops to jump through. That's so rare these days I almost thought I was chasing my own tail. If your dog is convinced the neighbor's yard is their personal amusement park, Halo has your back. I have 4 of the Halo 5 collars. I've had the previous generation as well. I've tried multiple brands of wireless dog fences including the Fi dog fence and have not been satisfied. I lived in Alaska at the time and was disappointed in how well they worked, despite our awesome internet, cell capabilities. The Halo's worked amazing. 3 of my 4 dogs are very large breeds, one is a medium breed. They work to keep them in the yard, I now live in Maine with no yard, and near a main road. - I also have a couple beacons for extra protection near the borders of the road. Their customer service is amazing. If anything goes wrong with your collar within your warranty period they are quick to replace it, which extends your warranty period again. That is an amazing benefit that no other company does. I've taken mine camping, to friends houses - just setting up the borders when I get there, I havent tried it on walks though.
