Andrew was very helpful, polite and patient. He asked a few questions and listened to my responses carefully. This was my first call to the Support Team. Andrew provided me with positive impression of the Halo company. We concluded with a plan for trying to resolve my internet strenght issues and my dogs collar familiarization problems for our two livestock guardian dogs.

Monica was clear and asked the questions needed to get to the root of my problem. I was very satisifed with the results

There is nothing bad i can say about my experience with the Halo collar. As an owner of a 92 pound 2 year old German Shorthaired Pointer the collar has been a valuable tool around the yard and in the woods The customer support especially Emma is easy to work with and very knowledgeable about there products and services. Would recommend Hallo to anyone.
