I'm truly sorry to hear about the frustrations you've experienced with your Halo Collar, and I understand your concerns. Our goal is to provide a reliable and effective product, and it's disheartening to hear about the issues you've encountered. I'd like to offer some potential solutions to address the problems you've described. One option is to use beacons in "ignore fences" mode to set up in areas where the collar may be receiving unwanted feedback. This can help improve situations where it may be sending that feedback. Additionally, we can adjust your GPS signal level settings to ensure that the collar is in low GPS mode indoors and high GPS mode outdoors. This can help prevent false positives when your dog is inside the house. We truly value your feedback, and we want to work with you to resolve these issues and provide a better experience for both you and your dog. If you're open to exploring these solutions or have any other questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to us. We're here to help and ensure that you and your dog have a positive experience with our product. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we appreciate your patience as we work to improve your Halo Collar experience.

I want to start by acknowledging your frustration and the challenges you've faced with our Halo Collar system. It's clear that you care deeply about the safety and well-being of your dogs, and I'm truly sorry for the difficulties you've encountered. We understand that the constant troubleshooting and replacement process have become a significant inconvenience. We genuinely appreciate your patience and feedback as we work to improve our system. One possible solution to address unwanted feedback within your house is to take your indoor beacon that came with your dog's Halo and place it inside the house. Here's how to set it up: In the Halo app, navigate to Settings -> My Beacons -> Your Beacon. Change the Level to 15. Change the Function to "Ignore Fences." Change Event Notifications to Off/Gray. This adjustment may help alleviate some of the issues you've been experiencing indoors. I want to assure you that we take your concerns seriously, and we are committed to making your experience smoother and more reliable. We will continue to work diligently to enhance the functionality and performance of our collars. If there's anything else we can do to assist you or if you have further feedback, please don't hesitate to reach out. Your satisfaction and the safety of your dogs remain our top priorities.

Thank you for sharing your experience with the Halo collar, and I'm glad to hear that it's working well for your dog. I understand your point about the training process, and I'd like to provide some insight into why indoor training is often recommended. The idea behind indoor training is to introduce the feedback to dogs in a distraction-free environment. Inside, dogs can focus more on the training cues and commands without the presence of distracting elements like other animals, cars, or various outdoor stimuli. Once your dog has successfully responded to the training indoors and acknowledges the feedback, the transition to outdoor training is usually recommended. The goal of the Halo collar is indeed to create a safe and leash-free outdoor experience for dogs, allowing them to enjoy their time outdoors while staying within designated boundaries. We appreciate your feedback, and we're continually working to improve our training methods and make them more adaptable to various situations. Your insights are valuable to us as we aim to provide the best experience for both you and your furry companion. If you have any further questions or feedback, please feel free to reach out. We're here to assist you.

Thank you so much for sharing your positive experience with the Halo collar! We're thrilled to hear that your dog is responding well to it and that it has helped keep her safe, especially in situations like crossing busy roads. Your recommendation means a lot to us, and we're grateful for your support. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the battery life. We understand the importance of having reliable power, especially in rural areas where there may not be immediate access to charging. We want to let you know that we are actively working on improving our battery life performance to make the collar even more convenient for our users. It's worth noting that poor LTE signal can decrease battery life, so having a strong signal in your area can help maximize the collar's performance. Additionally, spending more time on the app, especially with real-time tracking and monitoring, can drain the battery quicker. We recommend using the app judiciously to balance battery usage with your dog's safety and needs. Thank you again for choosing Halo Collar, and if you ever have more feedback or questions, please don't hesitate to reach out. We're here to assist you and continue making improvements to enhance your experience.
