HALO PURCHASED FROM AMAZON,WILL IT BE BE ELIGIBLE FOR UPGRADE BY HALO ? We just got our new Halo Collar we purchased from Amazon.So right at set up ,was the package plan choices.I was pleasantly surprised that Halo offered a upgrade when new one come out for less.I just didn’t know if that would cover ours,since we didn’t get ours through Halo,even after I read all the fine print,I still didn’t know.So I decided to go to the Dog Park. I was surprised it was only a minute,and I actually seen a customer service representative on my screen and there name is on the screen as well . I said, Hello Damion W. Though he didn’t respond. I SAID IT AGAIN..HE DIDNT RESPOND.. BUT HE STARTED DOING HAND MOTIONS ? I THEN LOOKED ,AND SEEN..I HAD TO TAKE MY SCREEN OFF MUTE !! HE HE I then asked him if my Halo collar would be covered for the upgrade program,since I initially bought it from Amazon ? ( third party ) I also told him,I read all the fine print too,and it didnt say it did .He said,well it didn’t say,it didn’t either ,did it ? What a laugh,that was ! Lol He proceeded to tell me ,IT WOULD BE AS LONG AS I PURCHASED THE GOLD PACKAGE DONT CHECK THE FREE HALO PACKAGE PURCHASE THE ADDED HALO PACKAGE THEN MY NEW COLLAR WILL BE COVERED ! WHICH WILL ONLY BE $149, INSTEAD OF $5-700 , when they come out with a new one ! That’s the peace of mind I wanted to know .Im so glad,and if you can swing it,the year plans,will even be less costly.We can get away with the yearly plan,like $300,now that’s a deal,gives you additional 15% off. So when ever Halo comes out with a new collar,and you know they will ! We will only pay $149.plus we get all accessories 50% off,which will pay for its self,with the beacons.Plus the pink collar,I want to buy,but we got the grey as my Husband wanted this one instead ! Mr.Damian ,went over how the satellites ,needs readjusted every 3 months,in my wooded area as it really will help.He also sent me a lot of material,on different topics we discussed,to help me get started on my journey with HALO ! I’m so excited to get my dog protected,and free to run, this will always help her have such great health as well ! Mr.Damian,was so patient,with me,as Im a little older generation trying to operate zoom.lol At one point,I couldn’t hear him again,I didn’t know why,I looked at my internet,and it was fine..Then I looked down,as my ear piece had fallen out in my lap,and I didn’t even know it ! Again he started giving me the hand signals,or I wouldn’t have known ! lol I was so pleased that I got him,as a customer service representative today,my only wish is that there would be more Mr.Damians, a kind, respectful, person, more that know about the products they are selling !! Halo you better hold on to Mr.Damion W.these fine people, are far - few - and rare - employees to find !

I had a problem with my GPS, not working. So I called them and they helped me through it and now my dog can go run around whenever she wants.

The customer service is great! Jacqueline has helped us multiple times and is clear, polite and fast. We have had to have the collar replaced quite a times which is not ideal as the gap between our collar not functioning and a new one arriving means we can’t let our dog out in our yard except on a leash.

Love the Collar! Was able to train my dog in about a hour to respond to the collar. Had some minor issues with GPS but tech support was able to resolve in just a few minutes, thanks to (Q) Quinterrace E. For assistance in resolving this issue. Each time used support they were amazing and treating me with respect. Thanks again, Leo E.

Please give Sierra instant recognition for her outstanding customer service. She is extremely proficient in terms of her product knowledge. She truly addded value for me as a customer. Without her expertise there is no way I could have figured this out. She listened to me, she was patient and most of all she made my customer experience very pleasant and enjoyable. She was awesome!!

I have loved my halo collars, and it has given our dogs more freedom where we live it the country. One of our two collars had a malfunction with the battery prematurely draining and overheating, and the halo support was fantastic! I had sent an email the evening as they were closed, and the next day when I called them, they were aware of the problem and quickly sent me a new collar. Asia was kind and professional.

I had the pleasure of working with Grace and Sierra because our Halo collar would not charge. Grace walked me through the basic steps to see if I could get it to work, but no luck. She then had me charge it overnight and call back if it still didn't work. Sierra was super helpful and continued where I left off. She extended the warranty and a new collar is on its way. Thanks to you both!
