Collar will randomly go off when inside the boundaries. Sometimes it gives no feedback or correction when boundaries are crossed

I was having issues with the GPS on my halo collar. I spoke with Damien W. today and he was extremely helpful. He answered all my questions and was very informative, got my collar working again. Great customer service!
