Zaitoon umrahReviews of hajartravels.com

I booked my first Umrah journey with Hajar travels from 5 star recommendations from my friends who did their Umrah thru Hajar travels. From the day 1 I spoke to Shazim, the service is excellent and above and beyond. Flight booking, hotel reservations and transportation was embedded seamlessly into the package, just you need to pack your bags and concentrate only on your Ibaadah. You can forget about everything else. I really loved the way how Shazim and team made my first journey so pleasant that I recommend everyone Hajar travels. I went with my family with 3 kids and I don’t want to spend my devotional time on other things like hotel, visa and transportation. I feel like with Allah’s grace I made the right choice to work with Shazim Ifthikar. He provided exceptional service without getting tired with my silly questions and doubts. The hotels were excellent 5 star hotels with wonderful amenities and excellent breakfast. Muhabiya transportation has excellent drivers with clean and new cars. My kids really enjoyed the stay and travel. It’s an excellent package for the money you spent, I will always use Hajar travels for all my future Umrah trips, in shaa Allah. I am really impressed with Shazim Ifthikar’s ability to make things easier for my first Umrah journey and thankful to him and Hajar travels.

“I had the most amazing experience with Hajar travel for my recent Umrah journey. From start to finish, their service was impeccable. The entire process was organized, seamless, and stress-free, allowing me to focus entirely on the spiritual aspects of the trip . we were little concerned because We had 27 family members but everything was seamless, smooth . All our family members was very satisfied. A special shoutout to sister Hubaiba who went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect. Their professionalism, patience, and dedication to making this experience unforgettable were truly remarkable. From helping with the documentation to arranging comfortable accommodations and transportation, they handled everything flawlessly. I cannot thank Hubaiba and the team enough for their exceptional service. If you’re considering an Umrah trip, I highly recommend Hajar travel for an experience that exceeds expectations. May Allah bless this amazing team!” FARHANA siddique and family

From the beginning of just planning the trip, Muhammad Ali was our agent and he helped us in finding the right flights and hotels for us on the specific dates I wanted to travel for this umrah trip with my family. He was very accommodating throughout the whole process and even provided a free 2 night excursion to Istanbul on the way to Saudi Arabia. Anything we asked for, they were able to provide for us or give us great alternatives. Even when we were on our trip, they were available to contact at any time of the day and transport was also covered so we were comfortably able to get around the city for tours and to get from the airports to the hotel and vice versa. Ali was super patient and kind with me, I would recommend Hajar Travels to anyone! The only negative experience we had was that a lot of the confirmations for the hotels and transport were given to us very last minute. I would ask them to provide us confirmations regularly but they would say that they can't provide it for us until the day or two before, which was stressful for me because it was my first time working with Hajartravels so it made me question whether or not they were legit. In the end, everything was legit and I got the hotels that were promised to us (we even got mosque view rooms which was beautiful) and the transportation services were also there and always on time!
