I planned my Umrah trip with Hajar travels and worked with Muhammad Taqi. Up until i paid the package charges in full, everything was great. My calls were answered right away my messages were answered quickly. However everything changed once I paid all the package charges upfront which was I believe few months before our trip was planned. Everything that was discussed and finalized started to fall apart. After so many heated conversations with him and his supervisor I still didn’t get what I was informed at the time of discussing the package details. I had no choice but to go with them since I was already locked in and all the time offs were already planned in advance. Apparently I was given a five star customized package but at times they made me feel that I didn’t pay enough to get what I was asking even though they sort of promised to give me what I was requesting because at that time I didn’t pay and they are willing to work with me on whatever I was requesting which changed right after I paid. The package also include the visa fees which I paid and then realized that my in-laws already have their visas valid therefore I requested a refund for their visa fees. I have been back since April and reached out to Mr. Taqi few times to ask for refund the visa fees which I have not received yet. He also stopped replying to my messages and completely ghosted me. I would not recommend Hajar Travels to anyone after what I have experienced. I can tell you that you can definitely plan it all yourself and save money and hassle to deal with agents. It has been three months since i am back and I have not received the money that they shouldn’t have kept after knowing that they will not be processing my in-laws visas. I am very disappointed. 2 stars for the cab service that i received there not for Hajar Travels.

As usually I don’t like to give negative feedback. Except giving negative feedback I prefer to don’t write anything. But then I thought that if they did not respond to my texts to solve problems why I do be silent. If they won’t try to solve problems why I joined a travel agent group ? Problems started when I applied for everything and paid all. No one was holding my name and agent name on board in airport for picking up as they said . I spent my US cell to call and figure out it. Visits in mekkah was in bus (not go out) so I did not join them. There was no workstation before doing umrah. I learned everything on way by myself . They have poor organization actually they don’t have organization. I had a problem with nusuk that can be solved easily with someone else sim card but no one helped to me to solve it. Actually they have never solved my problems not respond my texts for solving problems also . Unfortunately I’m not satisfied their service . I gave this stars for hotels and some persons in hotel-was close to kaabe- (not agent) helped me and provided ground transportation otherwise I would not give any star unfortunately🙈.I wish I could encourage to go there by myself ! You don’t need to join them and had headache - go by yourself it would be more comfortable than them. If you are lucky and not have problems that would be ok to join them. And I hope they will fix this weak organization issue for next visitors because it is umrah and people may be more weak to have problems- need to help solve problems. Good luck !
