if I could give HAJAR TRAVEL Less than Zero stars i absolutly would but the review system does not allow it,
Based on my personal experience, I strongly advise others to exercise extreme caution and do NOT book anything with hajar travel. This experience has been extremly disappointing and has left me feeling misled and cheated if you value your hard-earned money and do not want to risk losing it or facing difficulties getting a refund, think carefully a million times before booking with hajar travel. I woul NOT want anyone else to experience the same situation that im still in it no travel srvices and no refunds. MY ALLAH BRING THEM TO JUSTICE

I would give zero star if I could Hajar…
I would give zero star if I could Hajar travel agency: They begin by invoking the name of Allah, the Almighty, and then they steal from Muslims who work extremely hard to save money to fulfill the religious obligation that Allah has prescribed for them. Then these people come and take their money and deprive them of the dream of a lifetime, without mercy or shame.
But Allah Almighty gives them time; He does not overlook their wrongdoing.

This company and also known by Hajr…
This company Zaitoon Umrah and also known by Hajar Travelers is a scam and collect money in advance and then tell you that money has not received via Zelle or wire transfer. They will tell you stories and give you run around but in fact they are scam. Do not use them for any travel for Umrah or Haj or send them any money.

I was recently considering purchasing Haj Package for year 2027
I was recently considering purchasing a Hajj package for 2027 from this company. However, the negative reviews on Trustpilot and the Better Business Bureau (BBB) prompted me to reconsider. Furthermore, I discovered that the business is not registered with the Illinois Secretary of State, which likely explains their absence from Google listings. It is concerning that they are permitted to advertise their services on social media platforms like Facebook despite these issues. The irony is: I have had several email communications with one of their representatives, and he or she never mentioned their name at all. They don't even bother to answer client reviews. This tells me how fake they are. I would like to thank you all who posted their reviews. You all saved us from getting into their scam.

Very Disappointing Experience
Very Disappointing Experience
I normally don’t write reviews like this, but I feel like I need to share what my family and I have been dealing with.
I booked an Umrah package with Hajar Travels and paid $6,922 for the land package. Before I paid, I was getting calls and communication about booking the package. Once the money was paid and problems started coming up, my experience became completely different.
Eventually I decided to cancel and asked for my money back. After going back and forth, I received written confirmation that my full $6,922 would be refunded on or before August 10, 2026. I waited patiently based on their commitment.
August 10 came and went. I still did not receive my refund.
What bothers me the most is how much time and energy I have had to spend just trying to get my own money back. We’re talking about almost $7,000. This was money set aside for an Umrah trip with my family, and because the money has been tied up, it has affected our ability to make other arrangements.
I’ve had to follow up through emails, messages and calls. At this point, I am having to pursue formal options to recover the money even though I already have their refund commitment in writing.
I’m not writing this to attack anyone. I’m writing it because other families should know about my experience before handing over thousands of dollars. Ask questions, get everything in writing, and keep copies of your payments and communications.
If Hajar Travels returns the full $6,922, I will update my review to say that they refunded me. But as of today, despite the deadline they gave me in writing, I am still waiting for my money.
Unfortunately, based on what my family and I have gone through, I cannot recommend Hajar Travels.

If I could give zero stars I would
If I could give zero stars I would. This place STOLE money from my father, told him they would refund, and has yet to hear a single thing from an agent or the agency. It is disgusting what you do to religious people who are trying to complete the journey to Hajj. You should all be ashamed of yourselves! Do not trust this company and do not zelle them anything. You will never hear from them again.
