Zaitoon umrahReviews of hajartravels.com

My wife and I recently had the opportunity to go for our first Umrah. The joy and excitement of being able to visit the blessed sites cannot be expressed in words but planning the trip for the first time can be overwhelming. My online search connected me with Mohammed Ali from Umrah Lodges for our Umrah package, and I can't recommend him highly enough! I found him to be very attentive and knowledgeable. He took the time to understand my concerns and preferences, and was able to provide me with several tailored options that fit my budget and time line.

His professionalism and dedication was very impressive and he was always available to answer of my questions. He made the entire booking process from flights to accommodations, visa processing, and ground transportation stress free. The package he arranged exceeded our expectations, offering great value and comfort. Our hotels were within 3-4 minutes walk from Masjid Nabwi and Masjid Haram which provided us the opportunity to spend most of our time for worship. I felt well-supported throughout the entire process. If you're looking for a reliable and efficient agent for Umrah, I highly recommend Mohammed Ali. His commitment to customer satisfaction truly is truly outstanding!

I recently embarked on my first Umrah journey on 11/27/2024, and it was truly an unforgettable experience, all thanks to Muhammad Ali from Umrah Lodges. From start to finish, everything was impeccably arranged-flights, hotel accommodations, transportation, and the Umrah guide, were all beyond my expectations. Muhammad Ali delivered on every promise, ensuring that my family and I were well taken care of throughout our journey. His attention to detail and dedication to providing top-notch service is commendable. We felt comfortable and supported at every stage, making our spiritual journey all the more meaningful. I am genuinely grateful for everything he has done for us, and I will not hesitate to recommend Umrah Lodges to my friends and family. Without a doubt, I would choose to work with Muhammad Ali again for future pilgrimages. Jazaka'Allah kheyr!

Everything was really good and perfect I actually enjoyed it I did not expect it but Alhamdullilah it was really good I recommend anyone who wants to book a trip with them

This was my first umrah and hajar travels was recommended to me by many people and I saw that they had really good reviews so I gave them a try. This was a mistake. This travel group was basically non existent. There was no communication at all and there were so many mishaps that this was my biggest waste of money. The guy who was suppose to be incharge of everything was missing the whole time and someone else was put on spot and he didn’t know anything. He took us to ziyarat and didn’t utter a word about anything and no knowledge on anything that we visited. The audio they played in there bus didn’t even play properly so we had zero knowledge of anything and they never clarified how long we would be spending at places so they ended up blaming us for not knowing and the people in the group were so rude. They had merged other travel group with hajar travel so it was a big mess. The bus to Makkah was suppose to arrive at 1pm but it took them 3 hours to arrange anything for us and the guy Miaraj just turned his phone off to not deal with this issue and we heard that he does that a lot whenever there is a conflict. The guide for umrah barely knew English so all the non urdu speakers were struggling. Hajar travel on WhatsApp was basically non existent aswel. They don’t message you when you get there and the group they have made for you, you aren’t even allowed to message so the groupchat is a waste. It just felt like hajar travel just got me a hotel booking and that’s it. Everything was a waste of money. The hotel in Makkah was nice but Medina’s hotel was a mess, it was way too tight to fit in so many people. Please do your research before you go because they don’t give you any information such as rawdah booking. Never again.

He was always available to answer my questions and made the entire booking process seamless. Mohammed ensured that every detail was taken care of, from flights to accommodations, making my journey worry-free. The package he arranged exceeded my expectations, offering excellent value and comfort. I felt well-supported throughout the entire experience, and his insights about the pilgrimage were invaluable. If you're looking for a reliable and efficient travel agent for Umrah, I highly recommend Mohammed Ali. His commitment to customer satisfaction truly sets him apart!

Assalamualaikum. We had a great experience with Hajar Travel and especially with Sister Hubaiba. Everything was great as promised. We appreciated the followups from transportation and reminders they send via Whatsapp. Great service and I recommend the agency.
