Zaitoon umrahReviews of hajartravels.com

Brother Fahad is awesome and kept his word in all respect. It was my great experience with the supporting staff in Mecca and Medina. Alhamdulillah, we were able to complete all the rituals. May Allah accept our Umrah and give us the capability to perform more Hajj and Umrah in the future. The driver was very much co-operative in Mecca and Median. The hotel accommodation was perfect. I am so much pleased with all the services and will be pleased to recommend anybody in the future for the service.

We are arranging for Umrah and although, there are many options, We got in contact with brother Muhammed Ali of Hajar Travels he helped customize our trip with full service and offered competitive rates. He was attentive and addressed our needs. We are looking forward to our hassle free Umrah experience.

Best ever experience with Hajar Travels and Hubaiba is the best.

The communication was almost perfect, I like to thank Shazim Iftikhar who was there for me from the beginning. This was my first Umra with my 16 years old twins I was very nervous but everything went as planned Alhamdulillah. We had transportations and guides which was very helpful. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because some of our guides did not speak/understand English but we had google translate. I definitely recommend this travel company and Shazim Iftikhar.

We had very good experience, we booked 1st time through this Group, Ground steff in Madina And Makkah were great, they booked our hotels very close in Madina and Makkah. Only 4 minutes walk. Brother Mehraj and other brothers were very helpful. Only one thing was negative, they didn't have alot of Lot of patience. I understand very hard to deal with group of 150 people. But they still need to be patience with guest. God bless Keep doing the good work .

Good customer service by Hajar Travel staff. Hotel in Medina Taiba was uncomfortable, noisy neighbors, hotel staff & room service did mot meet standards & we have to take stairs on regular basis.

This is an amazing Travel Agency! I got a multi city package from Hajar Travels for a low and decent price! I also had problems along the way and the customer support was beyond helpful. Mr. Abdul Samad Malik was an amazing customer support. I had a problem at the airport and he handled it perfectly, and did it for no cost! I give this agency 10/10! 😁

Despite initial hiccups, it was a good experience. My agent Hubaiba Farooq was good in communication. My travel from Madina to Mecca, helped by Fahad was really appreciable.
