Zaitoon umrahReviews of hajartravels.com

Alhamdullilah I just got back from umera with my son. Shazim iftkhar was excellent. He gave us the best deal ever and made sure everything went smoothly. Even after we have returned, he followed up with us. He was very professional. I will definitely do business with him again!!

ALHAMDULILLAH I went to Umrah with Hajar Travels and it was an Amazing experience. They take care of everything, hotel, air travel, and ground transportation. I will say thank you for making my trip easier Shazim Iftikhar. 🙏Inshallah, I definitely taking Hajar Travels next time. Thank you for everything.

Tyrone I booked my trip for umrah with Hajar travel sister Hubaiba was very helpful the service me and my family receive was Hamdullah it was just wonderful the hotels was nice and clean and close to the kabba and the prophets masjid may Allah reward Hajar travel

I honestly didn’t want to give any review because what ever is gone no need to talk about it :( But they made me to say something now and now i will explain the whole experience, they called me last day before my flight that we couldn’t get the umrah visa for you because you have greencard and the umraah visa is expensive but the day i booked they told me they are charging $300 or something because the visa is expensive but i end up getting on Arrival visa because that’s what they told me to do long story short no one add me to any group and I arrived at the airport 1:30am one person called me and asked me to come down to bus shuttle parking and when i got there they told me to go back upstairs pray and relax because the rest of the group people haven’t arrived yet i end up waiting and i got to the hotel at 5:30am plus they send me one hotel info and they took us to another one and so and so such a bad communication and so poor service of them so they kept throwing there own words from one person to another and now it’s been almost a month im back and they told me that they will refund me that visa money that i paid on arrival but still im waiting no response i called emailed everything but im still on hold, also when i booked the tickets i asked them if they are able to change my ticket for return because i want to stay one or 2 days in Istanbul but everytime i called they said wait we will check and let you know but i wait 1 month and then they called me and said a really high price and when i said if you guys would have checked it before it wouldn’t be this much, they endup telling me it was maybe in your destiny to stay in turkey so unprofessional workers I don’t want to put names but i would say from top of there team to the bottom super unprofessionals don’t waste your time with them just do more researches and you can do everything by your own

Started the booking journey about 3 months prior to my mum and sisters trip. Both my mum and sister had international passports, however Hajar Travels assured me they could travel from the USA. Provided insurance, visa and all essential documents well ahead of travel. The hotels did change twice however, Hubaiba always sent an email to notify me. Regardless all hotels were 5 star hotels and right in front of the Kabba with a beautiful view. Overall I will be booking all my parents and family memebers Umrah and Hajj trips through Hajar Travels inn shaa Allah. Hubaiba was extremely helpful and detailed and I will continue to use her !! Thank you

had a great trip to make umrah with Hajar travels, we booked Br Samad. One of the best Umrah experience we have so far. He was available 24/7. Also he offer us a complimentary trip for taif which was amazing. I highly recommend this company.

As usually I don’t like to give negative feedback. Except giving negative feedback I prefer to don’t write anything. But then I thought that if they did not respond to my texts to solve problems why I do be silent. If they won’t try to solve problems why I joined a travel agent group ? Problems started when I applied for everything and paid all. No one was holding my name and agent name on board in airport for picking up as they said . I spent my US cell to call and figure out it. Visits in mekkah was in bus (not go out) so I did not join them. There was no workstation before doing umrah. I learned everything on way by myself . They have poor organization actually they don’t have organization. I had a problem with nusuk that can be solved easily with someone else sim card but no one helped to me to solve it. Actually they have never solved my problems not respond my texts for solving problems also . Unfortunately I’m not satisfied their service . I gave this stars for hotels and some persons in hotel-was close to kaabe- (not agent) helped me and provided ground transportation otherwise I would not give any star unfortunately🙈.I wish I could encourage to go there by myself ! You don’t need to join them and had headache - go by yourself it would be more comfortable than them. If you are lucky and not have problems that would be ok to join them. And I hope they will fix this weak organization issue for next visitors because it is umrah and people may be more weak to have problems- need to help solve problems. Good luck !

My mother went to Umrah with Hajar travels and had an amazing experience overall. The staff was really friendly, compassionate and understanding. There were tour guides with us throughout our journeys to Makkah and Madinah. The hotels were exceptional. All in all a great experience. Would definitely recommend 100%
