Zaitoon umrahReviews of hajartravels.com

Very good experience. Went with my kids from Mecca to Medina, and they worked with us throughout the whole trip. Hotels and transportation were very nice. I would recommend this agency.

Everything was great. Staff were professional and available when needed.

Very good experience, they're honest keep their word tried there best for our groups, they can use more spiritual leaders but over all very good for the service and price I recommend them just make sure to communicate properly with them!

We recently completed our umrah journey with Hajar Travels. It was a very good experience. The hotel in Mecca what is the closest possible to Kaaba. The one in Madina was also very close. The time for ziarats was a bit short, roughly 2-2.5 hours in Mecca, only. They took care about transportation from Mecca to Madina and from Medina to Jeddah. The communication to the team is good. Br. Adnan did his best to address all our needs. Thanks to him and the team!

Abdusamad said he would take our parents to Hajj and took $20,000 from us to do so. Hajj was not possible this year by Allahs will, and he has STILL not returned a single penny of our money back, it has been HALF A YEAR. He ignores calls and has his lying receptionist lie about him being in meetings. They deceived me for Umrah last year as well, taking more money than necessary due to some fake travel rule. These people do not fear Allah. DO NOT USE HAJAR TRAVELS, they are scammers and liars. Allah is witness over what has happened.

Alhamdulillah, had a great trip to make umrah with Hajar travels. Best price around, accommodations with clean, and walking distance to the Haram. Provided a guide for umrah and bus ride for tours. Definitely will travel with this company again.

Everyone is very respectful right from booking till end.

I am delighted to share my extraordinary experience with Hajar Travels, which proved to be truly exceptional in organizing and overseeing our Umrah journey. The level of management exhibited by their team was nothing short of phenomenal, ensuring that our Umrah was executed with utmost success. What truly set them apart was their meticulous attention to detail and unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction. The strategic selection of hotels, positioned just across from Masjid an-Nabawi and the Kaaba, proved to be a stroke of genius. This prime location made it incredibly convenient for us to walk to the holy sites for prayers, further enhancing the spiritual experience. The proximity to these sacred places added an unparalleled level of convenience and serenity to our Umrah. I would like to extend my heartfelt appreciation to the individuals who played a pivotal role in orchestrating this remarkable journey: Sharyar, Anees, Javaid, and the rest of the management team. Their collective efforts and expertise resulted in an all-inclusive travel plan, covering every aspect from airport to airport. Their dedication to providing excellence in every facet of our pilgrimage was truly commendable. In conclusion, my Umrah experience with Hajar Travels was nothing short of amazing. The meticulous planning, exceptional management, and thoughtfully curated travel plan left an indelible mark on my heart. I wholeheartedly express my gratitude to the entire team for their unwavering commitment to ensuring a successful and fulfilling Umrah journey. Adeel Ahmed - Springfield VA
