Zaitoon umrahReviews of hajartravels.com

Great traveling experience overall. From the time we left Houston & until back we were being communicated about our transactions & hotels. Hubaiba did an awesome job by explaining everything to us ahead of time. We look forward to another travel plan with Hajar soon. Thank you

THANK YOU HAJAR. I did umrah with my family and they take care for everything ( hotel, air travel, transportation) Hotel at Macca was very close and it makes thing very easy and hassle free , same in Madina. Thanks a lot guys for making my trip awesome. ALLAH gives you success. Ameen

SCAMMERS, Beware, disorganized with poor experience. Made reservations for my Minor kids to go on a different flight landing in a different airport than me and my wife. When brought this up that it was endangering our kids and is not acceptable we received rude comments from them and they stopped answering our calls. We had to end up buying new tickets for our kids and we lost close to $6.5k . Of course they refused to reimburse us saying it wasn't their fault, refused taking our calls. Please aware, I don't want someone going through what we went through. I should have seen other reviews where many have voiced similar concerns. Response Denying the truth when you know exactly what happened will not help. It's silly to say we missed the trip when you had texted me where I was and I had told you that I was on the plane during the flight , on the same flight but with the new tickets we had bought. Can't imagine the lack of ethics and lack of ownership from Abdul Samad and Hubaiba AGAIN, SAVE YOURSELF A HEADACHE AND AVOID THIS COMPANY

SCAMMERS. Our trip was ruined because of them. Wish I went without them and reserved my own tickets and hotels. They lied, used my credit card whithout authorization, and ignored calls when kept asking about over $6k that was owed to us. Do not use! RESPONSE: No we did not enjoythe upgrade nor had we asked for it. so was the upgrade supposed to pacify us with the your and Hubaiba's mistakes that again cost us over $6.5k? we also did not enjoy paying for new tickets or going back and forth with you throughout our vacation. separating a parent from 5 minors is not wise in any stretch of the imagination. I repeat, beware and avoid.

Hubaiba Farooq was wonderful to work with. She is very friendly and knowledgeable and was very organized. We felt very at ease
