Asalamualaikum, Sr.Hubaiba was the best, she was patient, worked with me for months on end and never wavered. InShaa’Allah will recommend her anytime and may Allah Subhana Wataala put Barakah in the company and in her efforts MASHAAALLAH. Wasalam

I recently came back from umrah, Hubaiba was upto mark. Hotels were nice and clean. Ground part was also nice. Actually we were not expecting that kind of services in this price. I will definitely go with company again in future.

best umrah experience ever, i was part of last ashra umrah group. very nice hotels. Medina one was incredible and was on front of mosque. Br Nouman and Br Samad did incredible job. definetly recommended these guys.

Alhamdulilah for a successful trip for the 3rd ashra Umrah to the holy land. The help from Sis. Hubaiba from the beginning to the day before leaving was very well appreciated. Even though they made a late decision to change from staying in Madinah first to Makkah makes a lot of sense because after arriving in Makkah we were able to quickly do the umrah as against towards the end of Ramadan where the crowd was massive. The hotel in Makkah was surely a 5 star (Voco) and they have shuttle every time to the haram. The hotel in Madinah (Al Aqeeq)was also very great and it’s just a minute walk to the Haram. The help from Nouman in Makkah and Madinah was great as well. Some improvements were identified for the company and I hope they do that. Overall I will use them again for my next trip. While I agree that no company or person is 100% perfect, some few people might have their own opinions but I believe they tried a lot and the trip was worth it.

Despite initial hiccups, it was a good experience. My agent Hubaiba Farooq was good in communication. My travel from Madina to Mecca, helped by Fahad was really appreciable.

It was a great experience to visit the holy places in the last Ashrah of Ramadan, with the help of Hajar travels and the grace of Allah. Personally, it was a bit exhausting for me as I was traveling alone and after changing 3 different flights, at Jeddah airport I was roaming around for about 2 hours waiting for the transportation and finally when the bus was arranged and we reached hotel in Mecca, it took another hour or so in getting a room. I had a severe migraine and spending every minute was hard. I think it could’ve been avoided if the ride to hotel was arranged beforehand. Getting a room was also a hassle for many people in group due to a large crowd of around 2.5 million pilgrims in last 10 days of Ramadan. Overall it was a great experience but some of the things should have been arranged beforehand for people like me traveling alone. In the first few days, finding the bus from haram back to hotel was also a challenge, and I literally walked for hours to find a way back to hotel. These are not big issues but could’ve been avoided with a little more planning and organization.

We had some hiccups initially that in retrospect now I would call minor. We didn’t get our room keys for hours and ended up having to share a room the first few days with another family. This turned out to be a wonderful experience however and a chance to meet other wonderful people. So alhamdulillah Allah swt had a plan. The CEO Br Abdu Samad was very responsive to our initial issues. Voco in Makkah is a great new hotel but a 15 minute walk from the haram. The shuttle ran continuously around salah times but it could be a little trickier if you wanted to go at off hours (2 am for instance - we had to wait 45 minutes then). Walking was always a great option however and a straight shot. Our stay in Medina was just heavenly. The hotel was great and just across the street from the haram. Ziyarat went well in both Makkah and Medina. Overall, it’s a great value for the price. I would recommend it and will book again. You do have to remain positive and respect the holy grounds you’re walking on, know there will always be hiccups around busy times in Makkah no matter which agency, and you’ll have a great experience. We have been to umrah several times with a different agency that is great but was very overpriced for Ramadan. This was a very good option and frankly reasonably priced. Thank you Brs Nouman and Javed on the ground, Br Ibrahim our agent who set it all up, and of course Br Abdu Samad for a great experience overall!

My name is Azra, I went for two ashras and I'm very satisfied with the arrangements made by HAJAR TRAVELS. HUBAIBA has been instrumental in making this blessed trip a great success, May Allah bless her. NOUMAN bhai in Makka and Medina was very gracious and helpful, very hardworking young man, very respectful. The hotels provided were very good, just a little hiccup in 2nd ashra in Medina, which was fixed in a day. Traveling back and forth from Jeddah Mekka and Medina was phenomenal. I absolutely have no complains. I for sure will travel with HAJAR travels. May Allah bless this company. جزاك اللهُ خيرً
