Hi Nimit - We're sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with your experience. Upon checking our records, your application was approved - and the account was opened - but your funding deposit was returned, which incurred a $10 Deposited Item Fee. In addition, checks were ordered for the account. At Grasshopper we take account security very seriously and take pride in providing the best possible digital banking experience, but realize it may not be the right fit for everyone. Although it didn't work out with us, we hope you have found the right fit for your business. For more information, we ask that you refer to our Master Service Agreement and the fee schedule provided at account opening.
