The behavior from the CEO is deeply inappropriate and creates a completely unsafe environment, particularly for women and younger individuals. The CEO openly uses deeply offensive racial discriminatory language. Unprofessional conduct and offensive language are tolerated at the very top. Avoid this establishment.
