Needed help on an electronic transfer of funds. Derek was very helpful and patient. The only reason it's 4 stars is that it was a little difficult to understand him due to some distortion on the phone connection, and of course the second or two delay when you speak to when he hears you

I've been trying for a month to make my first deposit into the account. I'm an idiot for getting a cashier's check for $100K. You guys are idiots for telling me I can still deposit it on the phone app. I thought a bank saying they work with Silicon Valley entrepreneurs would come through. I couldn't even get business credit cards through the partners you list. I've never had so much trouble giving someone money in my entire life. I just need to close the accounts.
