We understand how frustrating it can be when access to funds takes longer than expected, especially after receiving an email about account improvements, and we appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. We can confirm that your account upgrade was successfully applied, and you will now benefit from expedited funds availability for eligible transactions. That said, check deposits are subject to additional security and risk reviews, and expedited availability for checks is evaluated on a case-by-case basis. After reviewing your account, it appears that the delay in this instance was due to the payee name on the check not matching the business name on your account, which is against our check deposit policy. With that in mind, we’re glad that our Client Services team was able to make an exception for this deposit prior to the holidays, so the funds were credited to your account without further delays. Going forward, it’s important that all checks are made payable to your business name exactly as it appears on your account. This ensures we will be able to provide the fastest possible processing while adhering to our funds availability policy and hold times. In the meantime, we are working diligently to provide solutions to improve funds availability for check deposits in the future, and you will be among the first notified once these enhancements are available and your account is eligible.
