However, the time it takes for the funds to be available in your account depends on the other institution’s policy and procedures While this may not have been the desired outcome, and this process doesn’t always match clients’ expectations, we can assure you that it’s never our intention to create confusion or cause frustration. Although this may not have been the desired outcome, we recognize how confusing it would be to receive your debit card and then find that it can’t be activated due to an account closure.
