We understand how concerning it can be to receive an “invalid” message when activating a debit card and then reach a support number that doesn’t appear connected to your bank — anyone would feel uncertain in that situation. To clarify, your account was closed after an initial funding deposit was returned. Because of this, the debit card that had been issued before the closure was no longer active in our system, which is why the activation attempt and phone number verification didn’t align. We recognize how confusing this must have felt and appreciate you bringing it to our attention. We’re glad to hear our team was able to assist you in completing the funding requirement and getting your account reinstated.
