The hair is amazing, very soft, and curls well. You can't tell a difference between my hair and the extensions. Color match is simply amazing. Excellent quality and service.

Avoid! Most reviews are from promotors, do some research, wish I did! Awful hair, didn’t survive one wash. Tried to liaise with the company, just kept getting told to DEEP condition them; a message copy & pasted to each person requiring a refund. Lost out on money & hair, no chance getting a refund with this company.

Si eres de Mexico no lo compres! Por ser cabello humano proveniente de CHINA no va a poder entrar al pais a menos que des informacion extra como tu carta de situación fiscal. El envio se hace de china, no de estados unidos. A mi ya me hicieron perder dos semanas y lo que falta para que me den el reembolso :(

Kind of disappointed
I recently tried the tape-in extensions from Goo Goo, and while they looked and felt great the first day, I’m honestly pretty disappointed with how they’ve performed over time. On day one, they blended seamlessly, had a nice texture, and felt soft and natural. However, after my first shower, everything changed. The extensions became incredibly dry, and no matter how much I conditioned them or used leave-in products, they stayed matte and brittle.
The biggest issue has been the shedding—it's been excessive. The ends of the extensions are thin, and after just a few days of wear, I noticed strands falling out constantly. Even when I brush them gently, they just tangle up and feel straw-like. I’ve tried different products to restore moisture and smoothness, but nothing helps. It’s really frustrating because they looked promising at first, but now they just feel like they need constant attention and upkeep. Overall, I wouldn't recommend these extensions if you're looking for something low-maintenance or long-lasting.

Hi Ellie, thanks for your kind review. Sorry for the inconvenience. Our hair extensions will be treated with deep care and one-time straightening before leaving the factory, but we do not use chemical potions to make them straightened permanently because that would damage the hair. So after the hair extensions have been washed once, they may not be as straight as when they were first received. They will show the natural texture of the hair. If you want silk straight texture, since our hair is real human hair, we recommend you use a straightening board to straighten the hair extensions, but please control the heating time and temperature of the straightening board. For detailed heating steps, please refer to our detail page.
In addition, it is worth noting that the effect of our hair extension after washing once and several times is the same, It won't get worse. If you want a silk straight texture, you can use the straightening plate to heat the hair extensions dear. Our hair is real human hair. Please rest assured to use it.

Nice products
I love your product… this is my 3rd order… although this time the color looks more like a dark brown than a natural black … it’s way off! I am a bit disappointed as it doesn’t not match my hair color!
