I ordered 1 week ago expecting delivery to be here by now in time for my birthday, i have sent numerous emails etc to track my order and received no response. I dont know were my order is and ive recieved no tracking email

Hi Makayla, thanks for your kind review. The shipping aging to the US on our website is two to four working days. Some orders are not shipped at weekends. We reply to emails and messages within 24 hours. Please check your junk folder and confirm if your email box is full.

Earlier and more than expected
They actually got here in a couple days instead of a couple weeks so that was really nice lol. They also gave me two extra boxes for no charge, and that might be because of the not-so-great review left on the last fudged order. Works for me though!

I have been ordering extensions from…
I have been ordering extensions from goo goo for some time now. Recently, I wanted to try a new color. However the color did not match as I thought. So I followed the return policy by contacting them. They have been giving me the run around all week and I still have yet to get the return address. They are asking things that are not even in the return policy! This poor service has made me choose to purchase from another source.

I never received the package and didn’t…
I never received the package and didn’t get much help follow up. Company says they shipped it and nothing they can do. Aside from this my emails are left without responses.

I absolutely love love love goo goo…
I absolutely love love love goo goo hair! I started with a hair topper, now I have 6! The quality is beautiful, my hairdresser even purchased herself one and recommending it to many clients with thinning hair on top. No one could believe these toppers were not my own hair! And price sure makes it affordable to have more than one. I also worked with customer service on a request and was pleasantly surprised the high quality service I received! I highly recommend! Truly happy with goo goo hair!!

I am absolutely furious and disappointed!
I am absolutely furious with the quality of hair I received from this company! I ordered 18-inch seamless clip-ins for my 43rd birthday trip abroad, and what I got was a complete disaster. Within just 48 hours, the hair turned into a dry, frizzy, tangled mess! I tried using oil to salvage it, and even hired a beautician while I was out of the country, but nothing worked! Don’t be fooled by the fake reviews—this hair is NOT worth your hard-earned money. It’s clear that this is not human hair! Save yourself the headache and steer clear of this company. I am beyond disappointed and regret ever wasting my time and money on this garbage! I wanted to give a 0 but it’s not an option.

Hi Lexi, thanks for your kind review. Our hair extensions are all human hair. The hair extensions can't get nourishment from the scalp, so after a period of use, they will become a little dry and knotted. The hair extensions don't use chemical potions to make them straightened permanently, which may damage the hair. So after the hair extensions have been washed, they may not be as straight as when they were first received and will show the natural texture of the hair. We recommend using conditioning oil to keep your hair soft and smooth.
