I like the ponytail, just don't like how it attaches to my hair when putting it in, and when I go to take it out, it pulls my hair out. I was brushing it and noticed that some of the hair was falling out from where it is attached. When I first tried it, it was hurting my head, so I moved it more to the top of my head to keep the comb from digging into my scalp.
Response from GOO GOO HairJul 9, 2026
Dear Tammy, Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us a 4-star review and for sharing your honest feedback! We are thrilled to hear that you love the look of the ponytail itself, but we are truly sorry to hear that the attachment method has been causing you discomfort and hair pulling. That is definitely not the experience we want you to have! Because ponytail extensions rely on a built-in comb and a wrap-around strap to stay secure, they can sometimes feel heavy or dig in if not positioned just right. You did an amazing job adjusting it to the top of your head to relieve the pressure! To help prevent the comb from digging in or pulling your natural hair when removing it, we highly recommend sliding the comb into a sturdy elastic hair tie rather than directly against your scalp. This creates a comfortable buffer and protects your roots. Regarding the brushing, we highly recommend holding the base of the ponytail firmly with one hand while gently brushing from the ends upward with an extension-friendly loop brush or wide-tooth comb. This will help minimize tension on the attachment seam and prevent any unnecessary hair breakage or shedding during daily maintenance. We want you to be able to enjoy your beautiful ponytail comfortably and without any frustration! To ensure a completely seamless and pain-free experience when putting it in or taking it out, we have just sent an email to you with some step-by-step tips specifically tailored to resolving these attachment difficulties. Please check your inbox (and spam folder, just in case), and feel free to reach out to the customer support team directly at [email protected] if you need any further support!

I've purchased the butterfly weft and now the normal weft. The hair, I'm not 100% sure it is real human hair, if so not the best quality for the money. But saying that I have afro carribean hair so after a few washes it feels like my own hair not the higher quality stuff I've bought. So if you are refitting every 6 to 8 wks and have new hair then this is fine
Response from GOO GOO HairJun 13, 2026
Dear Kiki, Thank you so much for taking the time to share your honest review with us! We truly appreciate your feedback on both our Butterfly Weft and Normal Weft. We want to reassure you that all of our extensions are made of 100% real human hair. Because it is real hair, it interacts with washes and styling just like natural hair does, which is exactly why it blends so perfectly and feels just like your own hair after a few washes! You made an excellent point—our wefts are indeed a fantastic, budget-friendly choice for anyone who loves a fresh refit every 6 to 8 weeks without breaking the bank. We always strive for perfection, and we hope to deliver a 5-star product and experience for you on your next refit!

I absolutely love goo goo extensions, this is my third purchase of I tips. They are easy to install, wash well, feel silky soft and unlike some extensions they aren’t thin and ratty at the ends , the quality is great. My only negative is the colour I ordered was out of stock but customer service were brilliant they helped me pick out an alternative. They typically respond within 24hrs but sometimes it was only a few hours before they replied.
