They are super shady with returns and exchanges. They will restart the conversation 30 times before issuing a refund and will play dumb… Do not use them if you have any inkling you won’t want the product forever.

I absolutely love my purchase. This was the first time ever using hair extensions. The color matched my hair perfectly. The best part was how easy to was to put on and take off. I would 100% recommend

Disappointing Quality and Even Worse Customer Service I recently purchased clip-in hair extensions from GOO GOO Hair and was extremely disappointed with both the product and the customer service. The extensions themselves are incredibly thin, almost see-through, and nowhere near the quality I expected. To make matters worse, one of the clips arrived broken and completely unusable. I contacted customer service with photographs, simply requesting a replacement for the defective piece. I wasn’t asking for a refund or even to return the entire set. Their response was astonishing. Apparently, because I had opened the packaging and removed the golden thread holding the extensions together, they could not offer a replacement due to their hygiene policy. How exactly is a customer supposed to inspect a product or discover a defect without opening the packaging? Their proposed solution? Take my brand-new hair extension to a seamstress and pay to have the broken clip repaired myself! As a goodwill gesture, they offered a $10 refund and an 18% discount on my next purchase. Meanwhile, I received a separate promotional email offering me 20% off! So apparently, the discount offered to compensate me for receiving a broken product is actually less generous than an ordinary promotional offer. I would have preferred a working hair extension over either discount. I find it incredibly disappointing that a company would rather offer a discount on another purchase than replace a single defective item. I understand hygiene policies, but there is a significant difference between returning a used product and reporting something that arrived broken. Poor product quality is disappointing. Refusing to stand behind a defective product is even worse. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend GOO GOO Hair.

I’ve always had a great experience with goo goo hair. The extensions come in a timely manner. The quality is the same as it was the first time I ordered, which has me coming back. I have absolutely no complaints with this company.

I bought both the invisible and the easy to install butterfly wefts from Goo Goo. Both were good quality hair and equally felt good, but the Easy to Install is definitely the way to go. I've had it in for about a month now and the hair is still soft, it's holding it's length, responds well to extension safe products for heat protectant and dry oil and styles just the same as the more expensive brans I've bought in the past. The price point is reasonable and I plan on abandoning my old hair extension company and using Goo Goo for now on. I like them so much I have referred them to 5 other friends. Only thing I wish is they had more color options for brunettes to add more dimension to dark brown hair.

Goo goo hair extensions are genuinely my comfort hair brand!! I've fitted many sets of there tape in extensions on many different types of hair and honestly they work the dream!! As an hairstylist i recommend them 100% and could talk on them for days♥️ Get ordering gals xxx

After I left a review on here and it was not a good one they asked for me to respond through email which I did. They asked for pictures they asked for videos I sent them everything then they came back to offer me $20 back what a joke $200 to have them installed almost $200 for two packs of extensions. Unfortunately I cannot put pictures up on this site. I do not believe that these are 100% human hair. Then this morning they come back and ask what shampoo and brush I’m using. I told them they can either refund my money or they can send me out brand new extensions from a total different batch. Guys please do not waste your money on this company. It’s worth spending the extra money for a better brand. I guess live and learn.

Disappointing Customer Service and a Frustrating Ordering Experience I have been a loyal GOO GOO Hair customer for a long time and have purchased numerous sets of extensions through TikTok & their website, spending thousands of dollars with this company. Unfortunately, my most recent experience has been incredibly frustrating and has left me questioning whether I will purchase from them again. I placed an order on September 11, 2026, for two packs of extensions. Approximately three weeks passed without any communication from the company that the extensions were no longer in stock. I mean it makes perfect sense for a company to post unavailable items right? I was never notified that the product was unavailable or out of stock. The item I purchased in fact showed it a stocked item. I eventually had to reach out through Facebook myself to find out what was happening with my order. Only then was I informed that the item was unavailable and offered the option to wait for a restock or select a replacement. I chose a replacement color from their website in good faith. To their credit, the replacement was shipped promptly once it was arranged. However, when it arrived, the color was completely different from what I expected based on the website’s description. The shade was described as a honey-toned color, but what I received was an ashy, cooler-toned color that does not match my hair at all. My mother is a hairdresser, and I understand hair color. This is not a matter of lighting or needing styling tips. The color simply does not match. I contacted customer service again to explain the issue and requested a refund so I could purchase another shade at a later time. I am going on vacation and do not have the time to continue going back and forth selecting colors, waiting for shipping, and paying additional shipping costs in the hope that another shade might work. Instead of offering the return and refund option I expected, customer service offered me three choices: styling advice to try to make the extensions work, an exchange for another shade, or a $29 partial refund if I kept the extensions. I was especially disappointed to discover that the return policy published on GOO GOO’s own website states that eligible extensions in their original, unused condition can be returned within the stated return window. I opened one box only to inspect the color, did not remove the extensions from their packaging, and immediately put everything back. The other box remained unopened. The extensions remain unused and in their original packaging. I want to understand why the return option described on the company’s website was not offered to me. I am willing to pay return shipping. I am not asking for anything unreasonable; I simply want a fair opportunity to return an unused product that does not match the color represented in its description. What makes this particularly disappointing is that I am a returning customer who has spent thousands of dollars with this brand. I have genuinely supported GOO GOO and purchased multiple boxes at a time. I expected better communication when my original item was unavailable and a more reasonable resolution when the replacement color was not suitable. And this isn’t the first time this has happened with them. I have also come across other customer reviews describing similar frustrations, which makes me concerned that these issues may not be isolated experiences. I hope GOO GOO will review its customer service practices, improve communication regarding unavailable products, ensure that product color descriptions accurately represent what customers receive, and provide clear, consistent explanations of its return policy. A loyal customer should not have to fight this hard for a reasonable resolution. I am still hoping the company will resolve this fairly, but this experience has significantly affected my confidence in the brand.
