Frustrated …
After 3 weeks my tape ins are already matting and tangling. For the amount I paid, there is no reason they should already be in this condition. I do not wash excessively, apply all sulfate free products, and condition. I’m extremely upset as I had read reviews that state these extensions are able to last months and I haven’t even hit one month.

Hi Kailey, thanks for your kind review. Our hair extensions will be treated with deep care and one-time straightening before leaving the factory, but we do not use chemical potions to make them straightened permanently because that would damage the hair. So after the hair extensions have been washed once, they may not be as straight as when they were first received. They will show the natural texture of the hair. If you want silk straight texture, since our hair is real human hair, we recommend you use a straightening board to straighten the hair extensions, but please control the heating time and temperature of the straightening board.
