Poor hair quality
I recently purchased Goo Goo tape in extensions. I have used extensions for many years. I was very happy upon opening, the hair looks wonderful. I’m very experienced in how to care for tape and extensions. I’ve had the extensions one week and wash them twice. The hair is so dry as a straw very difficult to brush and mattes up within minutes. I decided to give this company a try after purchasing very expensive tape and extensions for years. This was a mistake after reaching out with the problems and simply asking them to refund showing them pictures describing what’s going on. And the only response they gave tell me is to deep condition. Which has already been done and I mentioned this and it was not effective. I will never purchase from them again and will continue to buy the more expensive tape ins. It’s not worth that saving the money. Poor customer service. Dear Donna, thanks for your kind review. Our hair extensions will be treated with deep care and one-time straightening before leaving the factory, but we do not use chemical potions to make them straightened permanently because that would damage the hair. So after the hair extensions have been washed once, they may not be as straight as when they were first received. They will show the natural texture of the hair. If you want silk straight texture since our hair is real human hair, we recommend you use a straightening board to straighten the hair extensions, but please control the heating time and temperature of the straightening board.
