I ordered two products from this company. One was incorrect. I submitted a claim and the correct item was mailed to me within 1 week. Additionally, the company staff were very friendly and allowed me to keep the initial incorrect item. I appreciate their timely handling of my concerns and customer service.

This is my second order from GoodBuy Gear. The first order was exactly as described and arrived on time. The second order was a stroller. I did not receive the item I purchased, but a lesser priced model. I contacted their customer service dept, and was approved for a no-charge return and refund. I asked if I could receive a partial refund of the difference between the two strollers, and I would keep the one I received. They agreed and immediately processed a partial refund. I found their customer service department to be very responsive and easy to deal with to help remedy this order mix-up.

"Bait & Switch" website. They list items for great prices. They don't actually have the items in stock. They then send you a similar item in a different color/style.
