Two purchases. Both huge disappointment. Cybex gazelle s came with a bent frame. Baby bliss cradle came with two broken legs. Legs got replaced my the manufacturer because I was out of claim window which is only 14 days. Stupid if you ask me cos many people buy things in advance. I regret not going with official store for cybex. It’s not worth it saving $200 for the headache.

I bought an item that I had been wanting (Calpak stroller caddy) for a great price & unfortunately when it came in the mail, it was not the correct item. I reached out with photos showing that indeed, this was not the same item it was labeled as, & had a response from Kirstein within hours that the claim was being reviewed & I would hear back soon. In less than 24 hours she looked into the issue, apologized & offered a full refund without having to return the item. She was extremely polite & apologetic. Absolutely ZERO hassle. Mistakes happen but because of the fast & exceptional customer service I will absolutely be purchasing from this company again!

I have bought several items from GoodBuy Gear this past year and have always been so happy with the quality of my purchase. Recently I was sent an incorrect item that was advertised differently than what I recieved. I emailed GoodBuy Gear on how to handle the situation and Kirstein was so helpful and responded to my issue quickly. They helped me set up a claim and I was able to get it approved within 12 hours to get my refund for the product. This is by far becoming one of my favorite companies to buy baby products from due to the price, ease of buying, and stellar customer service.

Their customer service is truly service. The sterilizer I purchased arrived damaged. The claim process was straightforward and they sent me a new one no other questions asked. The representative was thoughtful and communicative. (Once I figured out how to use their messaging system, but that was likely user error on my part.) Hard to find companies that care these days. Thank you GoodBuy Gear.

I am so impressed with this company, I was a little bit apprehensive about ordering from them, but I am so glad that I did. I ordered a mockingbird stroller with all the accessories as an open box item, and it looked completely brand new when it came in. It was extremely Fantastic shipping, and customer service was top-notch. All of my questions, were promptly resolved and followed up by a customer service rep through my email promptly.

Customer service was great! When I was tracking my order through Shop it said it was waiting to be shipped after about 10 days, so I reached out to get an update and they were quick to reply, sent me updated tracking information (it was being delivered that day) and followed up once delivered to make sure I received it.

This is my first time doing business with GoodBuy Gear and the setup of their payment and tracking took a little getting used to. After I made my purchase, I reached out to get an update re: the shipping and the response to my query was EXCELLENT! I was provided with the tracking details (even though it had also been sent to my email) and the rep made sure I had all the answers I needed. I really appreciate the high quality of the customer service and I have already made my 2nd purchase and have also started recommending them to my friends and family.
