Good customer service when needing help with a stroller I had ordered ! I would buy again from this company.

I am glad I found this website. I was searching for a swing for my 4 month old that has GERD and is so uncomfortable when I put him down. After doing research, I saw that a mamaroo may be the best option but I was hesitant because of the cost. I came across Good Buy Gear but was skeptical because I never heard of the company and I saw mixed reviews. Needless to say, I took a chance because you couldn’t beat the price and I was a desperate mama. After receiving the package, I saw there was a minor defect on a piece that connects to the swing and I contacted customer service. I was helped by Trixia, she quickly responded and kindly corrected the issue. My little man is happy and so is mama!! I just purchased a few more items yesterday and I hope they don’t let me down as I plan to keep them as my go to for all my baby gear. Thank you Good Buy Gear!

Terrible experience. They sent me the wrong item, then refused to replace it despite them having the right item on their site, and refused to pick up the package to take it back without charging me $6. I had to lug a giant box to FedEx and got nothing for a few hours of time. Worthless. Update: They still haven’t refunded me my money.

Best website!! I am so pleased with this site! They offer such quality products, in top notch condition. My item came still in its manufacturers packaging as it was an open box item. It even arrived within 24 hours. My family members are signed up for this awesome feature they have which emails you a notification when an item you want comes back in stock. I highly recommend checking on this site before purchasing elsewhere.

GoodBuy Gear is an amazing company, and I wish I had stumbled upon it when we had our first baby. As we plan for our second, it has saved us a lot of money. The open-box items are like new, and none of the half dozen orders have had to be returned. They were quick to answer questions when an item title did not match the photos. I've recommended this to several parents, but I hope they don't go after the items I'm eyeing.

If you were thinking about it, but didn't know if you should do it. Just do it. I saved so much money buying this stroller on this site and it works perfectly. This one was used so it had normal wear, but it doesn't affect the functionality of the stroller in the slightest. Everything came secured, well packaged, and no missing parts. I'll never buy new again.
