I had a great experience at this company. I have bought a few things here for my little one and I could not be happier. I bought a bottle warmer and it came broken. The customer service responded immediately and replaced it without hesitation at no charge. Everything else came in pristine condition. I highly recommend this place to parents if you want brand new (or like new) products at a cheaper price!

Purchased the baby bjorn travel crib and inglesina to have a spare set at my parent's home. Arrived quickly and ahead of our trip, with no issues.
