We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience with the swing gift. We completely understand how frustrating it must be for something to stop working after only a few months. Our return policy is designed to cover situations where an item arrives not as described or with an immediate issue, which is why it has a 14-day window. Since we operate on a consignment model, this policy also helps us maintain our mission of sustainability. We truly appreciate your support in making baby and kid gear both accessible and eco-friendly. Your feedback is so important, it helps us continue improving both our listings and customer experience. We appreciate you taking the time to share this, even though it wasn’t the experience you hoped for, and we’ll be sharing your comments with our team to see how we can better support situations like yours in the future.
