Everything I purchased was in new condition and exactly what I wanted. I am very happy with my purchases. The swaddles were brand new. The Postpartum kit was a little scuffed up but everything was there. I would definitely and will buy from GoodBuy gear again!!

Quick. Certified safety inspection is a must. Much smarter to buy an open box of the previous year model over a brand new when the safety is certified.

Placed my first order for a bugaboo donkey stroller- great price, said the shipping label was created, was never shipped and was considered “lost”. Bummer but it happens. Customer service offered $15 off my next purchase which doesn’t put a dent in how much more expensive the other strollers were compared to the one I ordered. Second order- same stroller, more expensive but still a good price. Shortly after placing an order they sent me an automated message that they didn’t actually have that stroller and will not be shipping it out. Customer service individuals were kind but offered no real solutions that would help me get the item I had purchased now twice. Will not be ordering from them again it has not been a reliable site for me.

While rare, inventory and carrier issues can happen, but that doesn’t make it right. We love buying from resale businesses, especially when we feel confident in the product - which is exactly the experience we had with GoodBuy Gear. We bought a lightly used stroller that arrived without the sunshade. It was very easy to contact them and upload the photos to show what was missing. They immediately contacted the manufacturer and shipped us the missing parts. Then - we realized that there was ONE MISSING part that was unavailable from the manufacturer that would prevent us from attaching the sunshade - so GoodBuy Gear sent us a full replacement of the same stroller model we had purchased and asked us to donate the other. INCREDIBLE customer service :) We love buying from this company! Shoutout to Kirstein for a 15 message, two week ongoing email thread to get everything sorted out! :)

I never received the product I ordered. Out of three items, only two arrived, and I never got a response from Good Buy Gear about the third one. They didn’t refund my money or take responsibility.

@Heather Scullin: Had a terrible experience with them. They delivered a stroller to the wrong address…the delivery company left it in the lobby of an inner city emergency room. It took me 5 days of emails and calls and scouring the area to track it down. Now I’ll have my hands full disinfecting it. The company knows they were at fault but refused to take any responsibility. I don’t recommend this company. Shameful service
