I did not receive the product I purchased. I ordered a full size crib mattress, but I was sent a mini crib mattress. It was the correct brand, but the wrong style and the wrong size. This was very disappointing since I had spent a long time searching for the right mattress at a price I could afford. I skipped out on some other good sales because I found a high quality mattress at a great price on GoodBuyGear. Unfortunately the company was unable to get me the mattress ordered. They at least processed a return of the incorrect product at no cost. When I complained they offered me $15 off a future purchase. But that’s the cost of shipping, so unless I buy something over $100 there’s not really any savings. Meanwhile I’m back to shopping after the sales have passed and my baby still has no mattress…

Very low payout for an item in excellent condition that I could have sold elsewhere for 20x as much. I didn’t see the approval email. Only when I got the notification that my item sold did I see that I missed the email where I could approve the sale price. There was no follow up and only 24 hours allotted to respond. May be a great side for buyers but sellers beware. Feels like a total scam.

I ordered a stroller, gently used from the site. The stroller came in the time frame expected, packaged well and in great usable condition. You can’t beat that for the price of such a nice stroller! Would def use the site again!
