Thank you so much for the kind words! We're thrilled the item matched what you expected and that shipping was quick. Reviews like this make our day. Welcome to the GoodBuy Gear family!

Great experience! Purchased a used item that literally looks brand new and an open box item that was hugely discounted. Browsing the site again now!

Thank you for sharing this! We're so glad both pieces exceeded expectations, especially that the used item looked brand new. That's exactly the experience we want every family to have. Happy browsing, and we can't wait to see what you find next!

Box was not just “opened” but completely busting at all sides and corners which resulted in a damaged car seat canopy. I’m not even sure I will be able to ship the product back due to the state of the box, and no one has spare stroller size boxes laying around.

We're so sorry this is how your order arrived, that's not the experience we want for anyone. A box that damaged in transit is frustrating. Please know your claim is actively being worked on and you should hear an update soon.

Bought an open box stroller and received a damaged one. The pull out shade frame was warped and difficult to move and the handle was dented in a few places. Definitely not an open box but good condition stroller. Reached out to the company asking for the difference in what I would have paid for a more damaged item and I am still waiting to hear back. Last I heard from their AI customer support I would be notified when my claim went through. That was over a month ago.

We're so sorry to hear about this, and even more sorry that a month has gone by without a real update. That's not the experience we want for anyone, especially after a damaged item arrived instead of the open box condition you expected. To be clear, we didn't ignore your message, but it sounds like our AI assistant should have routed you to our Customer Care team and didn't, which means we never actually received the details we needed. Could you please reach out again by emailing us directly at [email protected]? We'd really love the chance to make this right.

Product arrived in great condition. I expect it would’ve looked exactly the same if bought new from the original retailer.

"Basically new, minus the new price tag" is the GoodBuy Gear promise and we're so glad you felt it. Thanks for the shoutout!

I purchased a $700 bike and had to email their customer support to apply a $10 discount to my order since the code didn’t work at checkout. I expected them to honor the ask due to the purchase value but they did not. They sent me another code (that expires 2 weeks after) for my next purchase but why would I purchase again after the horrible service. 3 stars because luckily the bike did justice.

Glad the bike pulled through, even if checkout didn't! We hear you on the discount code hiccup, that's a frustrating way to start things off. We're not able to add discounts retroactively, but we did want to send something your way as a thank-you for sticking with us. Hope we get the chance to change your mind about round two!
