Very disappointed with my first purchase from GoodBuy Gear. I ordered a Graco SmartSense Soothing Baby Swing listed as an opened item, but it was clearly used. It arrived with stains underneath the fabric that appeared moldy and another stain on the straps. Your website states that every item is inspected for cleanliness, safety, and functionality, yet this swing should never have passed inspection. Thankfully, I purchased the Hassle-Free Return and was able to return it with photos. The item should have been accurately described as used, not opened.

Ordered on a Sunday - expected wait time to ship 3 business days. After one week still not shipped and I received an email that it was taking longer to package. I cannot cancel order (can only cancel/modify within one hour of ordering). Likely going to purchase locally since I need a chair to feed visiting grandbaby. I guess I will have two if they won't cancel. No way to call company have to deal with AI email responses.

I ordered a mockingbird stroller with canopy. The stroller came (it was an open box purchase) and it is fine but there was no canopy. I have tried to contact the company through their requested link with pictures and bar codes of what is missing as well as with a separate email regarding the issue. All I've gotten in response is two emails that say my product was shipped and delivered. No acknowledgment of the missing canopy. I cannot take a newborn out in a stroller without a canopy. I’m updating my review to 4 stars because after I finally got in touch with someone via email they very quickly responded and sent me a canopy.

Great prices and customer service. Have ordered several open box items through here that arrived in perfect shape at half the retail cost. One open box item I ordered had a small hole in the mesh, and they immediately sent out a full replacement when contacted. Highly recommend this site!
