Terrible ass bank they closed my account the 24 th due unemployment deposited it early than usual they blocked my account due to unusual suspicious activity they claim I can’t access my funds and I don’t know what to do

Absolute worst customer service i have ever seen they could care less. Problem still not resolved and electric is shut off because of there mistakes posting my money to my available funds. All my groceries are ruined. Ive never seen such worthless.....

My husband likes them but needs to get a hold of them and the number they have listed we can't get through it keeps saying check number and dial again on both of our phones did they go out of business or something

Ok...crappy company... check. Crappy customer service...check Crappy policies.. check Cashing checks... uncheck If you have a negative balance, they will not allow you to fund the a count via bank transfer, you MUST GO TO A 711 OR OTHER PLACE, PAY 3.99 AND PAY THE 5 BUCKS. So, I send a check for 5 bucks to cover my fees that negated my acct, and asked to close the acct...here where it gets fun...they took almost 2 weeks to clear a check from ATT...so....the day they cleared my check, they immediately charged me another 5 bucks fee, and now I can't close my acct, cuz it's a negative balance, and I got to go to 711 and pay to deposit 5 bucks, then call them...I'd rather rub crap all over my head than bank with these thieves....5 bucks...

This bank is fraudulent and steals people's money, I have money missing from my account and for two weeks call them everyday then magically they say they put the money back in my account that is nothing but an outright lie so go to bank is stolen $127 from me and then they do their little crap on the computer and make it sound like they put my money back when they did not I'm certainly would know if my money have been refunded in my account, for everybody do not do business with this Bank they still people's money they lie they cheat they con people and they do everything they can to put money in their pocket because they're crooked they're overseas and you cannot get anybody that can even speak halfway decent English they stole my money from direct deposit when nothing was ever mentioned about a $25 payment just to have direct deposit put into my account, absolutely do not do business with go to bank because they are crooked as the day is long William Riley

Go2bank card isn't recognized by any ATM in Matagorda County. And 2 months in a row have taken almost$200.00 each time in overdraft that I don't have. I want my damn money

Beware! I purchased a go2bank card at walmart. opened the acct online. paid 2.95 for the card and put 20.00 on it. i went to activate the card and the wanted drivers license, ss, etc. I sent this immediately. message came back stating identity cannot be verified. i am a natural born us citizen with REAL id. they told me to email the info to their department. i did that also. they said they would get back to me. next morning i get an email stating there was fraud on the acct. the balance was now 15.00 instead of 20.00. FRAUD?? the acct wasn't used! they would not give me an explanation and closed the acct, i told them through chat (because you can't get a hold of anyone on the phone) that i wanted all of my money back. they ended the chat and there is no other way to contact them. i have emailed them but no response. i am filing a complaint with the better business bureau.

I tried to transfer money from my card to my wife's card but it said the transfer didn't go through but it took the $200 off my card anyway, I called but they tell me its going to take 10 to 12 days for the money to be put back on my card, YOU TOOK MY MONEY IN 2 MINUTES, PUT MY MONEY BACK IN 2 MINUTES, it might not have 2 minutes but was back on the next day
