I have the secured card thru GO2bank. At first all was well, I opened up the checking account with them and then the credit card. Once moving to a different town, I opened up a different bank account and used that account to ACH my credit card payment of 998.07 to pay off the card, as this was done on 9/24/21. As of today, my money still hasn’t been credited to my card. I reached GO2bank several times only to get hung up on when asking to a supervisor because “they have no idea where my payment went” after they took it from my bank. I called green dot corporate office only to speak with people who can hardly speak English and have no damn clue what they are talking about. Even after sending them numerous screen shots of the money ACH withdrew from my account, they still deny receiving payment. THEY ARE THIEVES! I have filed a complaint with the Federal Reserve and FDIC. I will not stop until they are prosecuted for theft.

Wished it could be negative 0 stars
Wished it could be negative 0 stars. My mom called about the refer a friend program as my mom referred me and I signed up and got 2 direct deposits in order to get 50.00 for being referred . Well the customer service was so rude I really wanted to come through the phone . It was a lady of course and as soon as she started asking the lady how would you know if my daughter was referred , she hung up so fast my moms head spun.
SO CUSTOMER SERVICE NEEDS A BETTER CS REP , BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE PERIOD BECAUSE THEIR SERVICES SUCK !! I WOULD NOT EVEN REFER MY FRIEND KNOWING THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE

This is a horrible excuse for a bank
This is a horrible excuse for a bank. You can’t get more than $3000 in atm debits per month. So good luck being able to use your own money.
When I tried to close my account I couldn’t. Still can’t. Couldn’t buy money orders because that was suspicious. Couldn’t get customer support because no one there knows anything.
Do not use this bank!!!!

Go2Bank.com SCAMS unemployed of Michigan
An account was opened in my name, June, 2021. I didn't open the account. On August 13th, $8,800 of my money from the Michigan unemployment office went into this account.
I have called atleast 50 times since then to get my money. I am always told a credit/debit card was sent to me around June 16th, 2021. A credit/debit card was never sent to me. They have the wrong address on file for me, they have the wrong phone number on file for me. They have MANY workers working on the phone that have THICK accents, it is impossible to understand them. I am in desperate need of my $8,800, because I am the primary caretaker of my 83 year old father may only live 2 more months. My father has: Severe Edema in the legs; Chronic Diabetes; Traumatic Brain Injury; Severe Sepsis; Severe hearing loss; Beginning Dementia; Severely weakened veins.
My 89 year old mother also has Severe hearing loss; memory issues; and thyroid disease.
On September 15th I spoke to a worker named AJ in their 'corporate office' in California. He listened to me for about 30 minutes, and then asked me to email the front and back of my driver license, and a document from an outside party that listed my name and address, to the email address AJ provided me.. I did that within 5 minutes, and he told me right away he received it there, and he would forward it onto the proper office within 'the bank'.
The worker, 'AJ', gave me my ticket number, and told me GreenDot Banking would send out my $8,800 refund check 2 weeks, which would be on September 29th, after the ticket started.
A few minutes later I received another email from Go2Bank.com, requesting me to send the front and back of my Driver license within two business days so they can work on my case. Again, I sent all of that to them within 5 minutes.
I have called every single day since September 15th to check on the status of my ticket number, and every single time I call I get a different answer. Today I was put on hold for 2 1/2 hours, and I was told they did not receive my ticket order until September 21st, and two weeks after that date is when I can expect to receive my refund check in the mail.
Today, Friday, September 24th, I spoke to workers named 'Chris', and 'Luchelle'. Lucille told me I would receive my refund check in the mail on September 29th. I called within 30 minutes later to make sure Greendotcorp.com would send my $8,800 refund check to my correct address, this time I spoke to a worker named, Chris, and he told me they didn't receive my ticket request until September 21st, and I would not get my refund check until October 6th.
I told 'Chris', I will contact the Michigan Attorney General, Dana Nessel, and the
United States Attorney General,
Merrick Garland, and have this 'bank', including all of their workers thoroughly investigated.
Remember my 83 year old father has maybe 2 months to live, and my 89 year old mother also has SEVERE health issues, and this is how these horrible VULTURES at Greendotcorp.com treat me.
The President of Go2Bank.com, all of the Board of trustees for Go2Bank.com, AND all of their employees will do many years in prison when I am through with them.

I was a Greendot customer for several…
I was a Greendot customer for several years. Suddenly I get a GO2 Bank card in the mail along with a letter stating that my Greendot account was being transferred to GO2. I called Greendot and it was confirmed. Now I’m not getting my direct deposits and neither Greendot nor GO2 will help figure out where my money went. I can’t get anyone who speaks clear English. Now I’m out $1200. Horrible business and horrible people.

Worst bank ever
Worst bank ever. I got my card in the mail set up direct deposit. Of course got my funds. When I tried to used my card it declined they said I signed up for two different accounts which I didn’t. I had to call to activate my account. When I called back, I was told to call the GO2Bank number listed on their website. Come to find out it’s green dot. Each time I called some reps were able to get me over to a GO2Bank specialist some reps didn’t. Some reps dropped the call. Every time I called I would get misleading information. I told them that your representative just said this so this wrong??? I kept getting different answers each time to my questions which is frustrating. So I would not recommend this bank AT ALLL….. now I have to wait for my card which I shouldn’t of had two because the only card I had in the mail was one card. Now I’m unable to use my funds all because of their mistakes. Don’t do it.

BEWARE fraud by agents working in…
BEWARE fraud by agents working in Philippines. Called in regarding missing money, agent working in another country said they have been getting a lot of calls regarding missing funds and she believes it’s internal. Nothing is being done, they have social debit card numbers and are operating in a 3rd world country. Now I’m out 400 dollars because of this internal scam with the agents stealing funds of cards.
