Most Disgusting Customer service I've ever had

This app scam me immediately I transferred $50 in there so I can get me and my girl something to eat out the door Dash by the time I finish all the information they have paid doordash $10.97 which that would treat me and do that I was not ready to pay them yet but that was cool it's fine but then I go to order me some food off of my car and it won't take it's not going to help it's not going to answer my call I can't get nobody on the phone I can't transfer my money back out I'm just really mad that I'm crying this yeah somebody do something about this because people are poor I'll talk about they got my money quick that's all I got to say about these over 0 do not put your money in this account don't put no money in this account it's terrible I wouldn't even be mad if I could order my food I'm not okay cool whatever I won't mess with no more but nope they got my money and then the mango show me transcripts for my doordash of something that happened 3 4 5 days ago 9 out of 10 don't recommend

These people took my money for 3 month and now homeless..I get Ssi an Ssa I'm disabled..In tell go2 bank sends my money back to the federal Social security i don't get nothing..go2 bank closed by account but still took my checks from August to October 2026..So please send my checks back so I can receive my help

If I could give 0 stars I would. Terrible customer service, lack of accurate information. Very difficult to close account. Misleading advertising. Once they have your money in their account, it is very difficult to get it back out. Longer funds transfer times and they don't transfer backwards. Meaning you can't just transfer funds back into your other account. Their customer service is all overseas. It almost feels fraudulent. There are WAY better online banks than this one. Don't let the high yield savings rates catch you. I was never able to move funds into their savings accounts. It literally takes weeks and is extremely limited in amounts and time. Not worth it.

I advise people not to sign up with Go2 Bank. Their services are horrible, starting with customer service. They have strict limits on how much money users can withdraw at any given time, charge extra fees for certain transactions, and make it challenging to close an account. In addition, the bank's computers are down at least once or twice during the week. In summary, I suggest that if you are looking for an organization that offers service with integrity, do not bank with GO2.

No way to report accounts used in scamming. It's like they don't want to know.

Their app crashes every Sunday, so tired of it when I am a customer and my card is locked. Every Sunday..,sorry we are facing technical difficulties, fix it , so annoying

I was scammed out of $500 and have had NO response from this bank after numerous attempts letters and phone calls and tried to reach them. I have lost the money. They are a scam artist institution.
